Hamas is accused of violating the ceasefire agreement by not returning all 28 bodies of deceased hostages, only returning 4, and one of them not even being an Israeli hostage.

Today has taken a bitter turn. Hamas says it will release only four bodies of hostages it murdered in captivity, out of 28. The hostage families say this represents a blatant breach of the deal by Hamas. They expect immediate immediate action to rectify this grave injustice.

Following the completion of examinations at the National Institute of Forensic Medicine, the fourth body handed over to Israel by Hamas does not match any of the hostages. Hamas is required to make all necessary efforts to return the deceased hostages.

Hamas violated the ceasefire when it refused to return the 24 fallen hostages as agreed and is still holding their bodies in Gaza instead of returning them to Israel. We want them back home for a proper burial. If they won't do so, Israel's response should be unprecedented.
