James Franklin got the 5-star QB at Penn State that he always wanted and surrounded him with: - No receivers - Run heavy offenses - Incompatible offensive coordinators - An inexperienced QBs coach - An inexperienced WRs coach Drew Allar was set up to fail.

My hope for Drew Allar is that he fights the NCAA, gets a 5th year, and transfers/balls out at a school that fits his skill set. Or, he gets healthy in time for the draft process and gets drafted to the right situation to develop him. Penn State failed him.
